Country music star Justin Moore will have to wait a little longer to make his Stone Pony debut.

His Friday, Sept.  27 show with Randy Houser on the Country Round Here Tonight Tour on the Pony's Summer Stage has been canceled. No explanation was given on the Pony's Facebook page.

On the Stone Pony website, it says "We'll issue a refund to the original method of paymentused at time of purchase as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days."

Moore is managed by Pete Hartung, who was a Pony regular before he became manager of Nashville stars.

“I'm looking forward to it,” Moore said. “I'm well aware of the infamous nature of the Stone Pony — that's something Pete has helped me understand over the years. It's going to be a lot of fun.”

Hartung, a Rumson native, fronted Jersey Shore bands Winfield, the Remakes, and the Pete Hartung Band going back to the '80s.

Moore is set to release a new album, “This Is My Dirt,” on Friday, Oct. 11. A lead single, “The Worst,” featuring Houser, was released last month.

The city of Poyen, Arkansas, Moore's hometown, revealed a 10-foot roadside sign of Moore at the town's entrance in August.

The Stone Pony is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year .
