'Rockin' Flea Market' returns to Apple Valley

The "Rockin' Flea Market" will be returning to Lion's Park in Apple Valley next month.

The event is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Aug. 10 at the park, 20789 Highway 18, organizers said.

"Our community flea market plays host to individuals, non-profits, church and civic groups to sell rummage items," Apple Valley Parks and Recreation officials said in a written statement. "Music and food vendors will make your shopping a unique experience."

The vent will feature a playlist of classic rock, city spokeswoman Sarah Krieg said.

Space reservations are available for $20, or $10 for nonprofit organizations.
