    No one hurt after shooting at Whitman College in Walla Walla, suspects on the run

    WALLA WALLA, Wash. -- The Walla Walla Police Department said no one was hurt after a a shooting at a fraternity at Whitman College.

    According to officials, the call for help came in just before 3 a.m. on Sunday, October 6 in the 1000 block of Isaacs Avenue.

    Officials said two Whitman College Fraternity houses were hosting parties at the time of the shooting, however, no one was hit or hurt. According to officials, several bullet impacts were found.

    WWPD said a police officer saw a vehicle that matched the description of the suspect vehicle leaving the scene but no suspects or the vehicle were found. Witnesses of the shooting told officials descriptions of possible suspects.

    According to WWPD, this case was turned over the the Walla Walla Regional Drug Gang Task Force and is an ongoing investigation.
