Rainbow City police arrest two in Etowah County counterfeiting case
Two people were arrested after a report of counterfeit money being passed in Rainbow City led authorities across Etowah County to find a cache of counterfeit cash and materials used in making it. KODAK, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Tennessee Smokies walk-off Game One on Sunday afternoon in a doubleheader against the Rocket City Trash Pandas, 7-6. In what was supposed to be a seven-inning ballgame turned into nine frames. In the bottom of the ninth, Matt Shaw knotted things up with a single out to right field, plating Josh Rivera.
