Meow, South Texas! I’m Frio, the feline-in-residence at the bustling headquarters of South Texas News Inc., and today I’m purring with excitement to share some mews-worthy updates. Our family is growing!

The Aransas Pass Progress and the Ingleside Index are joining our pack, bringing more stories, more purrspectives, and, I hope, more fishy treats!

What does this mean for you, dear readers?

More local news, more stories that maer, and, importantly, more supporters of quality journalism. In an era where information is as plentiful as my furballs, it’s vital to have reliable sources that not only inform but also enrich our understanding of the world – or in my case, the best sunny spots to nap in.

As for me, I’ll be here, supervising (and occasionally napping through) the integration of our new family members. I’ll ensure that the spirit of curiosity and community that defines South Texas News Inc. continues to thrive. And maybe, just maybe, I’ll convince someone to write about the importance of catnip in workplace productivity.
