Man arrested after 2 road rage shootings
LOVELAND, Colo. — A man wanted for two road rage shootings in northern Colorado was arrested late Friday in Trindad, the Loveland Police Department said. Justin Vanpelt, 45, was wanted by Loveland police after two road rage shootings that happened on July 21 near East Eisenhower Boulevard and Hahns Peak and on Interstate 25 near mile marker 235.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials investigating sheep killed in Grand County
On Sunday, Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials responded to another possible wolf depredation in Grand County. Two sheep were involved — a lamb and a ewe. “The field investigation, which included a necropsy, found injuries consistent with wolf depredation,” stated Parks and Wildlife in an email. “… This is still an ongoing investigation.”
