Colorado Police Jump On Texas Police Bandwagon With New Attire
Somebody call a cop! Colorado police finally caught on to how cool Texas police are and stole their idea. Police all over the country have pretty strict rules when it comes to uniforms, plain clothes and undercover officers being the exceptions. Fashion forces change in everything though, even uniforms and official gear as new stuff becomes available.

Louisiana Storm Threat Grows as ‘Cold Front’ Pushes Into State
Viewers of KSLA Television in Shreveport witnessed a rather strange event during the television station's noon broadcast on Wednesday. It was on that broadcast that a man with unusually high hair uttered two words that just don't make sense in Louisiana during the month of July. I actually saw this with my own eyes and heard Austin Evans, that's the high hair guy, say the words "Cold Front".

The decision on the Arcadia Fire Department merging with the North Bienville Fire Department is still up in the air. Arcadia Mayor O’Landis Millican recently met with NBFD Board Chairman William “Bill” Sims, Fire Chief Antoine Hampton, Board Member Mylan Shepherd and Bienville Parish Police Jury Secretary Treasurer Rodney Warren. They discussed the merger with NBFD, he said, but it would come with a property tax needing to be passed.
