PATTON — Purchase Line coach Matt Falisec knew his team would be in for a tough start at the outset of the Heritage Conference football season. PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A person is accused of attacking a group of Jewish students with a bottle on the University of Pittsburgh's campus on Friday.In a statement, Pitt spokesperson Jared Stonesifer said a person with no known affiliate to the university was arrested in connection with the incident. Two students were treated at the scene after the attack near the Cathedral of Learning, according to the statement. Man charged with homicide in shooting death of 20-year-old in Uniontown
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A man is facing a list of charges, including criminal homicide, in connection with the shooting death of a 20-year-old man in Fayette County in March. In a news release on Friday, the Uniontown Police Department said Davon Hunter, 32, was arrested and charged in the deadly shooting of 20-year-old Jacob Wilson-Forcina in Uniontown. Wilson-Forcina was shot at a home on Murray Avenue during a gathering with other young people on March 26."From what I understand, it was some type of neighbor dispute or an argument ensued," Uniontown Police Lt. Tom Kolencik told KDKA-TV in March.Wilson-Forcina was one of six children and just a few days away from graduating high school when he was shot and killed.In Friday's news release, police said their investigation identified Hunter as a suspect in the case. Hunter is in the Fayette County Jail.

Potentially armed man barricades himself in Washington County building
WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) — A potentially armed man barricaded himself in a building in Washington County on Friday night, authorities said. It all started around 5:30 p.m. on East Maiden Street in Washington. There is a large police presence at the scene, including SWAT officers. Police have pleaded on a loudspeaker for the man to negotiate and exit the home. Police have made it clear to the man inside that they aren't going anywhere.It is not clear when the situation will be resolved.
