Investigators are calling it an epidemic: parents abandoning their babies.ABC13 has reported on six instances of child abandonment in Harris County since the beginning of June. Boil water notice issued for some San Augustine residents
SAN AUGUSTINE, Texas (KTRE) - Denning Rural Water System has issued a boil water notice for all of its customers after an equipment malfunction at their plant. All customers should boil their water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc.). Children, seniors and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria.
