Henry common pleas

Matthew Baldridge, 25, Deshler, appeared for sentencing on charges of assault, a fourth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree; and a community control violation on a previous conviction for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony. He was given 60 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio (CCNO).

Sean Schnitkey, 29, Archbold, appeared for sentencing on charges of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises and attempted unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance, each a first-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on probation for two years and given 180 days in CCNO with 150 days suspended.

Timothy Smith, 26, Napoleon, appeared for sentencing on charges of strangulation and attempted trespass, each a fifth-degree felony, and was placed on community control for two years. He also was ordered to be assessed at the Center for Child and Family Advocacy, comply with all recommendations, complete treatment as recommended and have no contact with the victim.
