Garner breaks ground on new affordable housing complex
GARNER, N.C. (WNCN) — More affordable housing is coming to Wake County. Wake County and Town of Garner leaders gathered Friday morning to ceremoniously break ground on a new affordable housing complex called Tryon Station located off of Creech Road. Once complete, it’s expected to serve households earning up to 60% of the area median income. That means a family of four making less than $73,380 a year will have access.
