His last contact with family was on April 6th, 2024. Joseph used his food stamp card in Hollywood and may still be in the area. Joseph is bi-sexual and may be dressed as a female (photo far right). He has multiple tattoos, including a sleeve tattoo. His phone has been turned off. Joseph has a medical condition that requires medication and may need medical assistance. His family and friends are concerned for his well-being.
