***MISSING*** LONG BEACH, CA The Long Beach Police Department (CA) is attempting to locate a missing 29-year-old male. Joseph Louis Clark was last seen in Long Beach, CA in April 2024. His last contact with family was on April 6th, 2024. Joseph used his food stamp card in Hollywood and may still be in the area. Joseph is bi-sexual and may be dressed as a female (photo far right). He has multiple tattoos, including a sleeve tattoo. His phone has been turned off. Joseph has a medical condition that requires medication and may need medical assistance. His family and friends are concerned for his well-being.
