Horse goes missing in Governor Dodge State Park
DODGEVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) - A Richland Center woman is looking for her horse Scarlet after she took off running into Governor Dodge State Park on Sunday. Scarlet is a 17-year-old brown mare with a white diamond shaped star on her forehead who got spooked when her saddle slipped sideways, the rider fell off and the horse ran away.
