When it comes to New Madrid Fault earthquakes, I think I've now seen it all. There was just a tremor that shook a neighborhood in O'Fallon, Illinois Saturday morning. I had to do a double-take when I saw this earthquake appear on the USGS earthquake map this morning. It was a 2.4 magnitude quake in a subdivision in O'Fallon, Illinois and it's been confirmed by a USGS seismologist. It was centered here.

It's been a rough tornado season and a new Illinois law is taking aim at that. We can all agree it's been a messy summer.
