A Bardstown man couldn’t sleep from excitement after learning he won a Kentucky Lottery game. James Smith has come forward with Kentucky 5 jackpot ticket. The ticket Smith purchased online matched the five numbers drawn June 26, winning the $690,369 jackpot, a news release from the lottery said.
