    why not take care of the schools first and then worry about the people with their private jets and plans. This airport won't have commercial flights to help with the drive to Sky Harbor or Mesa.

    Peoria does not need an airport. 75% of Mesquite voters against the airport but this Mayor is so stubborn on his pet project they are spending millions of dollars and years to figure out how to do it anyway instead of using that time and resources to develop better options for needed jobs and services. The cities high priced feasibility study clearly states an airport created minimal and low paying jobs with meager profits so an industrial park is REQUIRED to provide any measurable revenues for the city.
