Canton chosen for new ABC warehouse
CANTON, Miss. (WJTV) – The City of Canton will be the location for the new Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) warehouse. The Canton News reported the warehouse and distribution facility will include advanced and automated distribution systems. The ABC warehouse will be located to the north and adjacent to the Canton Multipurpose Complex.
Cancer Fundraiser for Harper Grace at Elks Lodge August 24
VICKSBURG, Miss. – A fundraiser for Harper Grace, a local 5 year old St. Jude Patient, will be held at the Elks Lodge #95 on August 24. The event will have $10 chicken plates from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and both a live and silent auction. There will also be a $20 per hand Poker Run, additional hands are $5. Registration for the Run begins at 8:30 a.m., with kick stands up at 9 a.m.
