Indiana’s Regency Properties makes three personnel moves
Evansville, Indiana-based Regency Properties hired one new lease administration professional and promoted two other employees. Jan Matheson has joined the Regency team in the role of Leasing Administration Coordinator. She will report to Lisa Parsons, Senior Manager of Lease Administration, and coordinate the documentation of new leases, renewals, and other documents that flow through the lease administration department. Matheson will also assist in lease compliance. Most recently Matheson held the position of Licensed Title Agent/Closer for Capstone Title Partners. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Indiana and has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Evansville.
