Mini Jamaica brings a glimpse into Fiesta Topeka to downtown
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The final countdown is on for the 91st annual Fiesta Topeka, but the festivities are already underway as they kicked off Fiesta with a Mini Jamaica. Mini Jamaica translates to mini fiesta and while the actual Fiesta is held at our Lady of Guadalupe in Oakland, this is the third year mini Jamaica has been held at Evergy Plaza, exposing the entire community to all the fun Fiesta has to offer.
