2024 has been one of the warmest years on-record in Upstate New York. Will that trend continue this autumn?. The homes he listed either didn't exist or were sold to multiple buyers, allowing him to bilk millions.

After months of legal battles, the owners of a popular New Paltz, NY bar & restaurant have ended their legal battles. Back in April, we told you that P & G's "a cornerstone" in New Paltz, New York had their license to sell liquor suspended after New York State authorities conducted a raid in March that resulted in four bartenders being charged with serving underage patrons and numerous customers getting tickets for using fake IDs.

Albany, NY – Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected in New York today, particularly ahead of a warm front. The National Weather Service in Albany has indicated that a few thunderstorms may become severe, with damaging winds anticipated north of the Capital Region and Mohawk Valley. County takes ARPA money back from Philipstown water district project
CARMEL – The county legislature’s Audit and Administration Committee approved a plan to redirect $369,670 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money originally earmarked for the Garrison Landing Water District in Philipstown. The money will be reallocated to an ARPA-eligible county project after learning the Garrison Landing project did not meet the standards set by the federal government.
