The 14-and-under Sticks needed to beat Tyndall twice on Wednesday if they were going to return to the VFW State Tournament. They did, and it wasn’t even close. Playing in the championship round of the Region 7B Tournament the evening of July 17, Freeman/Marion walloped the host team, winning both games by a combined score of 24-3.
