Ingrid Andress claims she was drunk during her highly criticized national anthem performance at the 2024 MLB Home Run Derby – and is now checking herself into rehab.

“I’m not gonna bulls–t yall, I was drunk last night,” she wrote via X on Tuesday. “I’m checking myself into a facility today to get the help I need.”

Andress, 32, went on to say that she was not herself during the performance. She also issued an apology to the MLB, the league’s fans and this country that she “loves so much.”

Reps for Andress did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Andress released the statement one day after she was ridiculed for the horrible rendition of the national anthem she delivered at the MLB Home Run Derby in Arlington, Texas, Monday night.
