FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Fargo police and firefighters were called in to assist after a vehicle ran into trouble backing a boat into the river. It happened just before 2 PM Friday, July 26. The Fargo Police Department and Fargo Fire Department were dispatched to Dike East for a report of a water rescue for a vehicle that was backing a boat into the river.
