California lawmakers have voted to ban food additives linked to behavioral issues in kids from school lunchrooms. That means snacks like Flamin' Hot Cheetos, Twinkies and more will no longer be allowed in school cafeterias across the state. Investigation into fentanyl trafficking into Chico leads to two arrests
CHICO, Calif. — Arrests were made following an investigation into fentanyl being trafficked to Butte County from a property in Tehama County. According to the Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force (BINTF), agents developed information that fentanyl was being trafficked into Chico from a location in Tehama County, just north of the Butte County line. Based on the information, the BINTF obtained a search warrant for a 20-acre property at 29900 Lassen Road. They also received information that firearms had been fired on the property within the last several weeks.
