    Inclusive Eats: Asbury Park Hosts Autism-Friendly Healthy Food Workshop

    Asbury Park, NJ - The Asbury Park Mayor’s Wellness Committee is inviting the community to a unique and educational event, "Inclusive Eats: An Autism-Friendly Healthy Food Workshop," on Thursday, July 11, from 5:30 to 6:30pm. This event will be held at Farm without Borders, located at the corner of Atkins and Springwood, behind the Turf Club.

    The workshop is organized by Shekira Farrell and her son, Jaiden, founders of Jai At Play, in collaboration with Interfaith Neighbors, Kula Farm, and Hackensack Meridian Health. It aims to promote healthy eating habits while raising awareness about Autism. The event is designed to be inclusive, welcoming all children and their families, with a special focus on those within the Autism community.
