Since the start of April, members of the Ozark Electric Cooperative (OEC) saw a new charge on their monthly bills — a demand charge. Lake Of The Ozarks’ Harpers Cõv Development Coming To Life
It’s hard to believe it’s been close to two years since performance boaters Yvonne Alemán and Greg Harris took me for a ride on Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks in Mad Props, their 37-foot DCB Performance Marine catamaran, to show me a new venture called Harpers Cõv that they were embarking upon with fellow powerboat enthusiast Adam Seraphine. At the time, it was an almost 40-acre undeveloped property located at mile marker 19 in Harpers Hollow, a cove near the popular Dog Days Bar and Grill.
