Set to shutter its doors on September 15, the Olmos Park-area establishment has struggled with unsustainable rental costs despite its popularity among local food enthusiasts.

Rico Torres, co-owner of Greenhouse, cited exorbitant rent as the primary reason for the closure. "The rents were just too high," Torres explained, highlighting the challenges faced by small businesses in prime locations.
