Pawhuska voters to decide on sales tax extensions in August
Pawhuska voters will be able to cast ballots Aug. 22, Aug. 23 and Aug. 27 on two city sales tax questions. The ballot questions ask whether one-quarter of a penny of sales tax to pay for an economic development program should be continued through Dec. 31, 2029, and whether three-quarters of a penny of sales tax to pay for street, curb and sidewalk improvements as well as water and sewer improvements should also be continued through Dec. 31, 2029.

U of Oklahoma dental school launches state's 1st pediatric residency
The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry launched the first pediatric dental residency program in the state.
