    Clarence Carlson of Carlson’s Jewelry Store, accidentally shot himself in the leg. He was treated at Ashland General Hospital.

    1954Marilyn Sibbald, representing the Ashland Chamber of Commerce, won the title of “ Miss Flambeau” in competition at Park Falls. She is a 1954 graduate of Ashland High School and was a majorette and homecoming queen.
