Soulja Boy to perform in Ashland

ASHLAND, KY (WOWK) — Soulja Boy, the rapper behind the viral sensation, “Crank That (Soulja Boy),” will be performing in Ashland in September 2024, according to the Paramount Arts Center.

The concert will be on Saturday, Sept. 14. Tickets go on sale on Thursday at 10 a.m. You can find the link to buy tickets by clicking here .

The Paramount Arts Center said a VIP Experience is available, but show tickets have to be bought separately.

His biggest song — “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” — was a massive hit in 2007, with it reaching number one on Billboard’s Hot 100 charts and staying there for seven weeks straight.

After that trend blew up in the 2000s, he would go on to record songs like “Kiss Me Thru the Phone” and “Pretty Boy Swag.” He has been featured on songs by the likes of Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, Gucci Mane, Lil B and more.
