Gloria and Ken Rogers of Bristol were recognized for their outstanding service performed on behalf of Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Gloria received the Rebekah Merit Jewel for her service to Enterprise Rebekah Lodge #46 and Ken received the Odd Fellows Merit Jewel for his service to Cardigan Lodge #38. Both Lodges meet in Bristol. Gloria has been a member for 64 years; Ken for 24 years. Grand Master of Enterprise Rebekah Lodge #46 of Bristol Patrick Doughty presented their awards. Warmington Concerned About Sununu’s ‘Unilateral’ Action Reducing Hospital Medicaid Reimbursements

Fireworks ordinance violation reported in New Hampshire preceding Independence Day festivities
Manchester, NH- Police say two adults and three juveniles were located near illegally set off fireworks on Lake Shore Road and issued ordinances on June 27th. Manchester police responded at approximately 12:20AM after receiving noise complaints in the area near Massabesic Lake. Officers claim they found fireworks in the street along with smoking debris and five individuals.
