Town board shoots down proposed St. Albans quarry

Vermont man who drove wrong way on I-91 cited for DUI
St. Johnsbury, VT- David Capaccioli, 56, of Plainfield was arrested late Sunday night after allegedly speeding down I-91 while going the wrong way. Police reported receiving several calls of a car traveling southbound on northbound lanes. When they tried to pull over the car, they said it did not stop. The driver and the pursuing police car were forced to swerve around oncoming highway traffic.
Laconia police seek help locating runaway teen
LACONIA — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old male runaway who was last seen Thursday afternoon. The teen, identified as Bradley Robinson, jumped out of a vehicle around 2:54 p.m. on June 29 while it was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Parade Road and Elm Street, according to the Laconia Police Department.
