A full night of racing took place on June 27 at ABC Raceways in the third annual Farm Stock Special. Nearly 100 cars competed for enhanced purses offered to the Fuhrman Design WISSOTA Modifieds, Superior Floral WISSOTA Super Stocks and Lightning Storm Graphics WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, with feature wins secured by Jody Bellefeuille and Shane Kisling. Engines will fire up again for a second “Six-Cylinder Slam,” presented by the Safari Bar in Ashland, on July 6. As a reminder, fans are encouraged to submit their own photos with permission to use to Paul Barnes at pressnews@ashlanddailypress.net. Photos will be credited to the photographer, and may appear in a collection of photo collages displayed within the Ashland Daily Press over the course of the season.
