‘On par with a state championship;’ Hewitt-Trussville outperforms state, national AP Test scores
TRUSSVILLE, Ala.–Trussville City Schools recently announced that the Advanced Placement (AP) Test scores at Hewitt-Trussville High School were double the state average and significantly higher than the national average, according to preliminary data. AP classes are college-level classes, which can count for college credit, offered to high school students.

The choir is hosting a “Back to the 90′s” gospel concert for parents and students in the community. At the event, families will be given free school supplies for the upcoming year. Oak Street Health’s Rickwood Field Center hosts line dancing classes every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The classes are led by Tracy Williams.
