Candy, Ice Cream and Soda Shop Will Open an Ashville Location That Features a Party Space

A candy, soda and ice cream shop that specializes in cotton candy burritos and featuring over 150 kinds of bottled soda will open its third store later this summer when Strawser’s Ice Cream, Pop & Candy Shop opens at 11365 State Route 104 in Ashville, according to recent reporting on the matter.

The business already has one shop in Grove City, located at 4026 Broadway, with plans to open a second in Circleville at 109 N Court St by July 1. Mike Strawser, owner of the candy and ice cream shops says the Ashville location, which was previously a veterinarian office, boasts a large outdoor space that will offer guests ample outdoor seating, as well as an event space inside perfect for hosting birthday parties.

Strawser is aiming to open the Ashville shop this summer, with the goal of opening by mid-July or early August. The ice cream menu features unique choices like a cotton candy burrito, which is a scoop of ice cream that’s been wrapped in cotton candy, as well as classic ice cream selections like banana splits, shakes and cones.
