Welcome to the Streetwise newsletter, where the news comes and finds you!

Since the last newsletter, I wrote about Mandarin Garden, a Chinese restaurant in Ashwaubenon. The restaurant reopening under new ownership. The former owner retired and sold the business after 40 years in service.

I also learned that Voyageurs Bakehouse is expanding into downtown De Pere. This new location is located at the former Tazza Coffee space.

I also wrote about the sale of Super Ron's in Pulaski. Hometown Grocers will purchase the third-generation family-owned grocery store next month.

We also published a story about Wisconsin's economy, inflation and prices. I spoke with economists to figure out what flation slowing means for prices and what indicators and statistics say about the economy in general.

Finally, last week we published a story about a new Oneida One Stop gas station being built to replace a 35-year-old location.

That's all I have for now! Remember to visit the business section for more news!
