Does anyone know the good meetups or activities in Lansing?

Three year city resident (female) here that is a busy professional and recently finished graduate school in an out of state program. I'm looking to meet other people (30s +) that are interested in watching sports, going for walks/hikes, taking in the city, have careers, volunteer, and are looking to do more than get trashed every weekend. If anyone knows of any good meetups or activities, I'd love to get suggestions. Teachers and administrators, if you know of any groups around education, I'm interested in those too.
