Which Athens bars, cafés and theaters will be playing horror movies all through October?

It's perfectly fine to sit at home and watch scary movies with the lights on, but the horror genre works best when taken in as a communal experience. When you see films like "The Thing" or "Evil Dead" with an audience, the special effects and suspense generate a very real energy within the crowd, and the fun of being scared in a safe environment echoes a time-honored tradition.
