Disney On Ice bringing 'Frozen' and 'Encanto' to Akins Ford Arena. Here are dates, ticket info

Disney On Ice is set to make its first appearance at the Akins Ford Arena , bringing the beloved stories of "Frozen" and "Encanto" to life in April of 2025 .

This special event promises to transport audiences into the magical worlds of these iconic Disney films, with unforgettable characters and performances.

Who will be at Disney On Ice in Athens?

Audiences will see Anna, Elsa, Mirabel, and the Madrigal family live, as well as fan favorites including:

• Mickey Mouse
• Minnie Mouse
• Donald
• Goofy

Olaf, the friendly snowman who loves warm hugs, will guide the audience through the magical story of "Frozen."

Ice-skating will take families on a journey to Arendelle, where Anna searches for Elsa to end the eternal winter she accidentally caused.

Following that adventure, audiences will be transported to the mountains of Columbia to meet the Madrigal family in "Encanto."

Mirabel will share the story of her unique family and her mission to save her magical home, the casita.

When will Disney On Ice come to Athens? How to get tickets to Disney on Ice

Located at 155 Hickory St., here are the performance dates and times:

• Thursday, April 24: 7 p.m.
• Friday, April 25: 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Saturday, April 26: 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m.
• Sunday, April 27: 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Online tickets go on sale on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 10 a.m. To purchase tickets online, visit ClassicCenter.com/DisneyOnIce .

Tickets can also be purchased in-person at the venue box office.
