UGA football has second-best defense in College Football 25

The Georgia Bulldogs have second highest-rated defense in EA Sports’ College Football 25 video game. Only the Ohio State Buckeyes have a higher defensive rating (96) than Georgia (94). The Oregon Ducks have an defensive rating of 90 along with the Alabama Crimson Tide and Clemson Tigers to round out the top-five defenses.

Georgia also has the best offensive rating (94) in the game and should be the top overall team in College Football 25. Georgia, Oregon, Alabama and Ohio State all have top-five offensive and defensive ratings.

The Bulldogs have a ton of speed and depth on defense. Georgia defenders Malaki Starks and Mykel Williams should be among the video game’s highest-rated individual defenders.

The EA Sports video game is expected to be released on July 19, 2024. EA Sports posted the top 10 defensive teams in College Football 25 via social media.

Georgia will be one of the most entertaining teams to play as in College Football 25, but the Bulldogs may be a little too good for players looking for a challenge.
