Food debris observed in cavity of microwave oven. Employees not wearing effective hair restraint during food preparation. Sanitizer test strips not available for use to verify sanitizer concentration in wipe cloth bucket. Grease accumulation observed on exterior of kitchen grill. Employee purse stored on kitchen shelf with cooking oil."
• BURGER KING #3123 (999 HAWTHORNE AVE): 88. Inspection notes: "Mold growth observed in kitchen ice machine. Food debris observed in cavity of kitchen oven. Single use cups stored on floor at rear dry storage area. Torn gasket on WI (walk-in) door, ice accumulation in WI freezer. Dumpster door left open after last use. Damaged floor tiles observed at fry station."
