Hats, shirts, koozies, foam claws and more. Here's how to score Rock Lobsters merchandise

The wait is over, Athens.

Rock Lobsters merchandise is now available.

The official store launched over the weekend , selling hats, shirts, koozies, foam claws and more with the team's logo.

Hats range from $42 to $44 depending on style while men's and women's shirts range from $28 to $30. Some shirts are sold out at the moment, however. Youth shirts are also available.

Other merchandise such as koozies, foam claws, mini sticks, decals and sharpies range from $3 to $10.

Jerseys will be available in mid-September, a spokesperson for the team said. The design is still being tweaked before production is concluded.

The Rock Lobsters name was selected by fans as a salute to Athens music legends B-52s and their famous hit of the same name. The band will be the first concert in the new Classic Center Arena that will serve as home to the hockey team.

The team's inaugural season begins Oct. 11 in Monroe, Louisiana and it plays its first 11 games on the road while construction concludes on the arena . The Rock Lobsters first home game is Dec. 6 against the Blue Ridge Bobcats.

They will play 56 games in the 11-team Federal Prospects Hockey League this season, concluding the regular season on April 12 at the Columbus River Dragons.
