• PONKO CHICKEN (529 BAXTER ST): 87. Inspector notes: "Employee not wearing effective hair restraint during food preparation. Employee hand wash sign not posted in restrooms. Boxes of single-service cups and take out boxes stored directly on kitchen floor behind front counter. Dumpster lid left open after last use. Wet mop stored in mop sink rather than hung to air-dry."

Hand sink in women's restroom not sealed to wall. Significant grease accumulations behind fryer. Food debris on floors & on wire racks in dry storage area at back of kitchen. Needs deep cleaning. Worn & grimy floor grout observed all throughout kitchen. Base cove molding on floors around walk in cooler in poor repair. Needs replacing."
