GLOUSTER — Trimble High School celebrated the Class of 2024 with a Commencement ceremony Saturday afternoon.

Family and friends braved the hot and sunny weather to watch the school’s seniors, wearing white and red robes, walk across the stage at Glouster Memorial Stadium to receive their diplomas.

The Trimble High School Band, which included members of the graduating class, started the ceremony with several performances, including “Don’t Stop Believing” and “Pomp and Circumstance” which they played as the soon-to-be graduates entered the stadium to take their seats.

Class President Madison McWilliams welcomed the audience to the ceremony. Valedictorian Kennedy Kittle and Salutatorian Brandis Bickley both spoke to their classmates and the audience.

The class song is country-music artist Jason Aldean’s “Try That in a Small Town,” while its motto is “it’s been real. It’s been great. Peace out!” The class flower is Belladonnal Lilies.
