The Florida-born holistic fitness and wellness center has a seasoned team of investors on board, including the former CEO of Technogym US and a franchising expert

Infinity, Beyond Fitness, a Miami-based wellness brand , is now available for franchising following its recent acquisition of the former Wellhouse Collective in Miami’s Pinecrest neighborhood, which has been rebranded under Infinity.

The deal was finalized on July 31, and the new location is now Infinity’s second corporate-owned health and wellness center, with its original facility in Coconut Grove.

“Infinity, beyond fitness, is dedicated to bringing a revolutionary approach to health and wellness,” CEO and founder Diego Guimaraes said. “The acquisition of the former Wellhouse Collective location in Pinecrest allows us to expand our reach in the Miami area, our hometown, and continue empowering individuals with our comprehensive wellness model. We are excited to welcome the Pinecrest community into the Infinity family and look forward to transforming lives together.”

In preparation to scale, Infinity had appointed fitness and wellness industry veterans earlier this year , creating an advisory board of investors that includes Kay Oswald, former CEO of Technogym US , Debra Strougo, co-founder of Row House, franchising expert Dan Monaghan , who is also a board member of the International Franchise Association and Peter Barbaresi, an experienced executive who led brands such as Athletic Republic and Yoga Six.

The Pinecrest location offers Infinity’s signature, all-under-one-roof holistic membership program that includes motivating workouts, personalized nutrition guidance, progress tracking and recovery treatments from HydroMassage and Normatec.

Infinity’s initial franchise fee is $50,000, with a total investment ranging from $490,000 to $950,000.
