Draymond Green's Olympic Plan Will Annoy Rudy Gobert, France

Draymond Green and Rudy Gobert have some beef with each other. That seems to be quite clear, given their past actions and words against each other. The two former DPOYs clearly have their thoughts on each other, and none of them are nice.

With Gobert's France set to take on Team USA for the gold medal, Green couldn't help but make a jab at Gobert. In his podcast with Baron Davis, the Golden State Warriors veteran revealed that he'll be attending the gold medal game.

Green then joked that he might sit behind France's bench and show off a bit.

"I need to talk to Rudy Gobert," Green said before adding, "I'm this close to wearing both of my gold medals."

Green is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, playing for Team USA in the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (where they beat Gobert and France for the gold). His presence on defense and playmaking made him an invaluable member of that squad.

Gobert and Green's beef stemmed from the latter's comments about the Minnesota Timberwolves when he was an analyst for TNT. Infamously, Green and Gobert were also involved in a scuffle where the former put the latter in a headlock.

Team USA will take on the hosts, France, for the gold medal this Saturday afternoon. The Americans are looking to keep their streak of Olympic gold medals going, while France is looking for their first Olympic gold in basketball and revenge against Team USA.
