Team USA gymnast Jordan Chiles is admittedly obsessed with her 2024 Olympics medals.

So much so, in fact, that she said she brings them with her everywhere she’s gone in the days after competing in her final Olympic event.

And like her teammate Simone Biles, seemingly everyone wants to know if Chiles plans on competing in the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles — a question she recently address during a recent interview with Access Hollywood.

“It’s not a no, but it’s not a yes,” Chiles said . “I think, right now, I’m just soaking every moment that I can right now. With the medals that I’ve gotten, I’m just still in awe. Again, I have no words.”

Chiles recently announced her immediate future includes going back to UCLA, where she competed for two seasons and won two gold medals (uneven bars, floor) and one silver medal (all-around) at the 2023 NCAA National Championships.

While college gymnastics isn’t as pressure-packed as competing at the Olympics, Chiles says she can use a change of pace.

“I will be going back to UCLA…so, I’ve decided with college it gives you a different perspective of that type of life,” Chiles added. “Since I was seven I’ve been in the spotlight, the elite area, the international being in gymnastics, so being in college is just a different perspective.”
