Nikola Jokic and the Serbian national team claimed a podium finish on Saturday morning, taking down Germany in the bronze medal game at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

When the final whistle blew, the Serbian players met at center court to celebrate their third-place finish — except Jokic.

Jokic immediately went over took shake the hand of every German coach and player. The three-time NBA MVP is getting praised for his classy actions after Serbia's bronze medal win.

"He does this after every game, win or lose, no matter how painful. He did it after the semifinal, after the game 7 loss this spring, after winning the title last year, etc. This is who kids should be emulating," one fan wrote.

"And people want to hate this man. Joker has more class than any player I’ve seen in any sport. He’s what we should be raising our children to be like. A family man, that loves the game but knows it’s just a game. Respectful and humble," another added.

"Not only is Jokic the best basketball player in the world, he is a man who shows class, character, and sportsmanship," another said.

Jokic and Serbia nearly took down the United States in their semifinal matchup, but the Americans stormed back from a 17-point deficit to notch a 95-91 victory. The Serbians aren't leaving empty handed though, winning the third Olympic medal of their country's history.
