Team USA officially won the gold medal over France in what turned out to be a thrilling contest in the Olympic Final. LeBron James and Kevin Durant were as good as ever. But Stephen Curry stole the show with an incredibly clutch fourth-quarter performance.
Curry was unstoppable in the closing minutes of the game. He was uncurious as the hoop seemed to be as big as the ocean for the superstar guard. Curry finished the game with 24 points, two steals, and five assists. He shot 8-13 from beyond the arc.
Amazingly enough, 19 of those 24 points were scored in the final three minutes of the game, per StatsMuse. There was nothing France could do as Curry led Team USA to a gold medal win.
