Stephen Nedoroscik Goes Viral After Internet Hilariously Identifies his Doppelganger

USA gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik won a bronze medal in the pommel horse at the 2024 Paris Olympics, but that wasn’t the only reason people were talking about him this week.

Known across social media as the “pommel horse guy,” Nedoroscik went viral for an equally amusing reason after X user @TeddyWynton pointed out his likeness to Steve Smith from “American Dad.”

His tweet has 6.2 million views, nearly 300,000 likes and 16,000 reposts.

In fact, the resemblance between the two is so uncanny that the “American Dad” X account started tweeting about it with a gif of Nedoroscik and Smith both doing pommel horse drills. The tweet has nearly 128,000 views.

Nedoroscik left Paris with two Olympic medals, both bronze, in the pommel horse and team final. He also became the second American ever to medal in the pommel horse event.
